Our state of the art draft system uses 75% Nitrogen and 25% CO2 in our Guinness, and 60% CO2 and 40% Nitrogen in all of our other beers. We pride ourselves on pouring you a perfect pint as we are the only recipient of "The Perfect Pint Award" by Guinness.
